Commanding Officer Herrera is researching cell phone companies to see which company he will be recommending to parents and supporters.  In these times of economic crises, it is important that every dollar is stretched as far as it can go, and most cell phone companies have a free plan for subscribers to communicate to each other as long as they are in the same network.  Because of the hidden costs of overages, customer service, and service plans that every company has better than the others, it is important to find one that has it all!  Commanding Officer Herrera has dealt with three companies, and he may have found one that is recommended.  As soon as he completes his research, he will post this so we can all communicate for less.
